1. Tell Us Your Needs

Book a parent consultation, give us a call, or explore our website to browse sitter profiles. Each sitter’s experience, certifications, and personality are listed on their profile to help you choose the best fit for your family.

Once you’ve selected a sitter, simply fill out our booking form and tell us all about your child(ren), routines, preferences, and home — the more we know, the better we can support your family. Make an account with us to save all your preferences for next time. 

2. Book Your Appointment

Click on your desired sitter to view their availability and book directly with them. If you need a time that isn't listed, feel free to reach out to Mia — we’re always happy to help accommodate your schedule when possible.

Choose your time and complete the required forms and paperwork. Be sure to review our Terms & Conditions, located at the bottom of our website, before finalizing your booking.

Once the sitter confirms the appointment, you will receive an invoice. Your booking is complete once the invoice is paid.

For consistent weekly bookings, please choose desired time and indicated other times/days in the "anything else you'd like us to know" section. 

3. Meet Your Sitter!

This step is optional, but highly encouraged. Connecting with your sitter through a quick phone or video call can help you feel confident that they’re the perfect fit for your family.

4. The Day of Your Booking

Your sitter will:

• Arrive on time and prepared

• Review routines, house rules, and emergency contacts with you

• Go over any allergies, medications, or special instructions

• Ask about expectations for the visit (meals, screen time, bedtime, etc.)

While you’re out, they’ll focus on:

• Engaging, age-appropriate play

• Safe supervision at all times

• Following your routines as closely as possible

5. Check-In & Updates (Optional)

If you’d like, your sitter can send:

• A quick text when the kids are settled

• A photo or short update (with your permission)

• A summary of how the visit is going

You decide how much communication you prefer.
